Cancellations and Rescheduling

We want to make sure that everybody’s appointment is serviced by the stylish car wash professionals available. It takes us time to find the right car detailing professional for you as we’ve to consider location, date, time and how long the service will take. And because we need to plan in advance, this is why we ask for early notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. A$ 50 cancellation fee or 50 of your service cost, whichever is higher may be charged for cancellations due to administration and time cost. However in the matter that you would like to reschedule then you’ll be charged with no fee, under the circumstance that the enrolled date is within the next 2 weeks and notified to us by a call with at least 24 hours notice to your original booking allocation.

Damage & Loss Policy

Even though we recommend the removal of all valuables and possessions from the vehicle prior to your car wash service, in the case of damage or loss, please follow this procedure. However, this must be communicated to us within 24 hours of service by email, in writing, If such an event occurs.

Hazardous Condition Policy

Still, our car wash professionals have the right to decline the offer, If your property is supposed a dangerous cleaning situation that goes over and above our normal cleaning environment included in our car wash packages. Upon such a service, you’ll be charged a$ 50 reserving fee or up to 50 of the service price (whichever is advanced) as a holding fee for reserving your space in our schedule. Dangerous conditions may include, but not limited to, mortal/ pet waste, sharp objects, weapons, poisonous spills, insect infestation, Mould, conditions, and so on. Same applies to vehicles parked in anon-serviceable areas. illegal parking, right coming to business, lower than 2 bases vacuity surrounding the vehicle ( obstruction-free) – all of which expose our Sydney auto detailers in a vulnerable and dangerous situation.

How do I know if I need a Deep Clean Extra?

You should also ask yourself
When was your last mobile car wash appointment with us or if you’re knew, when was the last car wash? If we’re talking months, then most likely you’ll need to apply for extra time. We’re assigned a set amount of time to perform your mobile car wash package, so the further time spent on one area beyond the assigned time, the lower time we’ve for other areas of the vehicle. At least with a deep clean, we can resolve time accordingly to ensure the necessary areas are dived effectively.
Did you just take it on a long road trip or regularly travel?
Is this your work vehicle and do you carry numerous tools or deliver products?
Do you travel with kiddies or favas frequently?
Do you tend to eat in the car frequently?

How do recurring plans work?

To sign up for a recurring plan, place a booking on the carwash website. You’ll be able to select a frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) add any additional services, and pay for your first booking. After your first booking, your next recurring car washes will be scheduled automatically for the same time and day based on the frequency you selected and you’ll be billed after the service has been completed.

Do I have to be present during the mobile car wash?

Absolutely not! We actually encourage you to spend your free time however you like, other than cleaning your car of course! What if I need many vehicles cleaned?

Cleaning multiple vehicles can be performed, as we most frequently deal with fleet management for commercial company cars. So if you have a particular request, we ’d love to get in touch.

Still, you’re more than welcome to add in more vehicles to your existing booking, given that we’ve enough time to do so, If we’re onsite. Please do notify us with early notice so that we can schedule the day accordingly and shuffle bookings where necessary.

Can I pay with cash?

Unfortunately not. We operate off a simple cashless system through our online booking system that accepts Credit Cards. For security reasons, using a cashless system ensures greater safety and convenience for both customer and professional as there’s no cash on the premises.

What do I need to do just before my appointment?

Once you have made your booking and ready for your car wash professional to arrive. Please do the following:

Remove all valuables and items from the car such as clothing, drink bottles and etc. The last thing you’d want is for our vacuum cleaners to suck up your belongings, keep them stored away safely. This also includes removing items from the trunk/boot.
Be ready to greet our friendly Car Wash Professional, depending on your car wash package, we may need your keys.
Please allow a parking space for our professional to park their vehicle. It makes it a whole lot easier to bring across all the relevant cleaning tools and equipment.
Be prepared to show where the outdoor water tap is and an accessible power point outlet closest to your vehicle.
Relax! We will let you know when we are done and hand over your keys to a flawlessly clean car.

Is there an additional charge for larger vehicles?

At Car Wash, we service everything from your nifty micro hatchbacks to caravans and mini trucks, yes the whole lot. Because we receive vehicles in all sorts of sizes and shapes, we do charge a higher price for larger vehicles. As you can imagine, the time take to clean a truck in comparison to a small hatchback would be up 2 to 3 times longer in time required.

Due to the extra time and supplies necessary to complete the job, we have separate pricing for each vehicle type/size for each car detailing package, this will apply to both interior and exterior car detailing. Please refer to the booking page to view the pricing differences for larger vehicle types. Upon selection of your vehicle type and package, you will see the booking summary update with the new price.
